this is a very beautiful song and has been sung by various singers.. the one that became quite famous is the one by ronan keating which was also in the soundtrack of notting hill.. the version i like the most is by alison krauss.. two weeks back, i was in macau with some of my friends and we were having dinner at a portugese restaurant before boarding our return ferry to hk.. a small group of musicians were performing songs there and suddenly the lady started singing this song and all five of us were spellbound.. she was singing it very sweetly and all of us found ourselves humming the song along with her.. for me that live song performance was the highlight of macau trip.. the lyrics are produced below..
